The Race ‘N’ Roll 5k is a 3.1 mile run through the charming, tree covered neighborhoods of Henrico County. The race course includes some hills. The Fun Run is a 1 mile run/walk with a gentle grade terrain. This light course is fun for the whole family.

Race Start and Finish Line:

5K Course: You will start at the Filipino Festival grounds at the corner of Woodman and Lourdes Road (Our Lady of Lourdes Church), with the smell of traditional Filipino fare in the air.  From there you’ll run approximately 0.6 miles on Lourdes Road and make a left onto Hermitage Road.  Once on Hermitage Road, you’ll encounter some hills, but don’t worry, they’re gentle rolling hills.

Shortly after the 1 mile mark, you’ll make a right onto Linbrook Drive and a left onto Pershing Avenue where you will hit the half way mark.  That means only 1.55 miles left between you and victory!  You then make a right to get back onto Hermitage Road.  Just before you reach Woodman Road, you’re going to make a u-turn where you’ll pass your second water stop.

The return trip up Hermitage Road should be a breeze since you’ve already conquered the rolling hills.  After you make a right onto Lourdes Road, it’s just a short trip back to the Filipino Festival grounds where you’ll be greeted with music, refreshments, and of course, an egg roll!
