On May 20, 2017, CFMD participated in the Richmond Muscle Walk to share information about our nonprofit and the grant that we offer. We met several families that did not know about our grant and were interested in applying. It was a pleasure to see our first and third grant recipients Ben Bamgarner and his family and Keilondi Johnson at the event. In 2015, CFMD presented Ben an adaptive tricycle by Rifton for his 5th birthday! In 2016, Keilondi Johnson was awarded a grant to help pay for the purchase of the Go Wing device that helps her move her arms.
